The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with complete packaging.

Hair wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, or washed

3. Return Process

To request a return:

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refund will be issued through the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable
